Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid as communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment within the required time frame may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

By booking a service, you agree to the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Completed services are non-refundable. Intellectual Property

Client Responsibility
