At The ASMR Experience, every session is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a calm, immersive, and personalised journey. To maintain the highest level of care and professionalism, the following policies apply to all bookings.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. This allows us to reserve your time exclusively and begin preparing your customised experience.
The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward your total service fee, and deposits account for half of the service fee.
No appointment slot will be held without a confirmed deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a new date (once only).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-shows will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
To respect all guests and scheduled appointments:
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
The full service fee will still apply.
We encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes before their booking to fully enjoy their experience.
